Skype No Credit notice will play only if you are trying to call regular phone number from Skype and your Skype account has no funds. To fix the problem go to Skype and purchase more credit, or override the call over your landline by dialing the pound (#) key when the notice is done playing.

Why do I hear an ERROR notice when I am dialing?
The error notice will play only if there is a problem with your Skype account. Please login to FREETALK® Connect•Me administration interface to fix the problem. If this doesn’t help, please contact Skype customer support to see if your account has been suspended.
